"I recently reported a pothole problem and an issue with deteriorated asphalt in front of my driveway, both in Ramona. Both issues were resolved within 4-business days. This is to say THANK YOU for your prompt response and superior service. Too often, 'super service' goes unappreciated and this is to commend you and your staff for an outstanding job WELL DONE."
From Pam Lopez, regarding Animal Control Officer Danna Sanders:
"Sanders was here very fast and everyone was extremely polite. Thank you all for the great service you provide in helping these injured animals."

"...Eventually I was told to contact Dag Bunnemeyer. That man is my HERO! ...Today I called and within 10 minutes he had emailed the maps. He is AWESOME! I fired back an email thanking him, and got an auto response: 'Thank you, I am out of the office until 8/8.' Imagine taking time to help me solve a problem when he wasn't even at work."
