Heidi Barajas and Michael Anderson (Probation)

Along with Departmental K-9 ‘Kilo,’ these two officers impressed both counselors and students at a North Park School.

“Thank you from all of the staff for your wonderful presentation. Your willingness and enthusiasm to work with our students is so much appreciated. Michael and drug dog ‘Kilo’ from the Gang Task Force added an additional element. It was fascinating for us all to watch Kilo in action!”

The Juvenile Hall Open House (Probation)

All of the hard work put into this event provided a “priceless opportunity” for an 8th grade history teacher and her daughter who toured the facility.

“I was impressed with all of the information and the personnel. They were so strict on the tour and yet so informative and committed to rehabilitate the detainees. Thanks to Monica Everett for making me aware of this opportunity. I saw a great turnout and I thought the simulation exercise was invaluable!”
