DEH staff return each year from the Thanksgiving holiday to discover their office decked out in hand-crafted decorations, courtesy of the department's administrative secretery, Jan Estavillo. This year's theme is "Sea-Sun Greetings."

Support beams in the office are draped with sea-inspired fishing nets and ornaments.

Estavilla creates banners to fit the theme.

Even the clock gets a holiday makeover.

Another banner features Santa soaking in the sun on the beach...

...while his reindeer catch some waves. (I'm told that DEH monitored the water quality at this beach to keep the reindeer from catching a nasty bug!)

Trees sit atop special platforms built to balance on the top of cubicle walls. Each tree features a custom design.
